Great Teacher Testimonial
Allison, Mikki and Peter coordinated a SAT prep focus group with Lynn English High School in Lynn, MA. The idea came from Peter(a proud graduate of the high school) who thought it would be a great idea to work with the school to get feedback on our program while helping the students prepare for the upcoming SAT test. The focus group went great, and the students really enjoyed working with the program.
Paul Mailloux, a Math Teacher at Lynn English, gave us this great testimonial:
"This website is the best simulation of the SAT exam I’ve ever encountered. Students can take tests from various topics and see for themselves immediately where their strengths and weaknesses lie. No more waiting for results from other sources of testing they may take! After finishing a test, the student can view the answer key and compare their answers to written out solutions. Then, when a student identifies a weakness in their skills, they can view sample lessons and see examples of the skills they need. A student can then design a test with only the skills that they need to review. This feature keeps the student from wasting time on practicing skill which they have already mastered. Another helpful tool that this site possesses is the guessing feature. The answer key allows a student to mark when guessing at a solution. This helps the student evaluate their ability to eliminate unreasonable answers to get a correct answer to problems they may get “stuck on”. This site allows students to evaluate themselves, and design improvement plans unique to their needs. It is a valuable tool for skills development and multiple choice question strategies. A student wishing to increase their SAT scores should invest in this program."
Thanks for the great comments Paul!
