Login Failed. Why?

I enter my email address and my password and it keeps telling me Login Failed. Why?

Best place to start: enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password" link. Your password will be emailed to you and you can double check you are entering the right password.

Second best place to go: Call us, so we can confirm the email address we have for you in our admin. We can double check your email and reset your password if you need us to.
